Hello! On Monday July 20, 2020 I started my journey on juicing! I started in in the pandemic. I run a school and a foundation and stress was causing me to lead a more unhealthy life than I would like. I was gaining weight and not liking my after work activities. I belonged to a juicing Facebook page and kept seeing all these great posts, I lost10 pounds, I feel great! I thought I wanted that, so I got out my old juicer and juiced some things. The more I read the Facebook posts and comments the more I wanted to commit. So For me personally I do better with accountability so I decided to write this blog about my journey in juicing, I research and read everything I can when I get into a subject, so here I go!
On day 6 I feel amazing and want to continue juicing for 30 days, maybe more! I have in 5 days lost 7.5 pounds, starting at 186 and now I am at 178.6. I have not had any solid food for 5 days, and I am not hungry! I have energy and I am excited to get back into my skirts! so I will share each day with you on this complexed journey of introducing my body to shut down the digestive process and heal my body while getting rid of toxins! The picture below is me at 186 pounds on vacation in Indy, I live in Atlanta. I want 50 pounds less of me!
