Adding broths to your diet

I just made an amazing vegtable both that I am eating tonight while my family is eating burgers! I’m not hungry but the burgers look amazing! Here is the recipe.

2 celery stalks, 2 carrots, 4 shiitake mushrooms, 1 small onion, 4 basil leaves , 6 garlic cloves, 1 small tomato, little olive oil in pan fry carrots, garlic, onion, celery, add 10 cups water, 3 hot peppers, salt and pepper. Boil and then simmer 1 hour. Strain and only drink the broth.
